Marketmerry is simply an open marketplace for sellers and buyers.

Marketmerry is not responsible for any theft, frauds or disagreements including refund/exchange disagreements, failure in guaranties and dishonouring of warranties between all parties.

Marketmerry may, however, act as a middleman to settle issues upon request, subject to conditions. In the event Marketmerry is to help settle any issues; the decision will be final.
